Cancellation Policy

Here at Oasis Day Spa we understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel/reschedule an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This policy is in place out of respect for our staff and clients. A fee of $25 will be assessed to a card on file if we do not receive a call or email to cancel/reschedule an appointment outside of 24 hours. If appointments have been purchased in a package, the missed or canceled/rescheduled appointment will be deducted from the number of remaining appointments in that package.

Privacy Policy

Oasis Day Spa takes the right to your privacy seriously. We do not disclose any personal, health, financial, or any other information about you, or the services we provide to you to any third parties without your request or permission.

Return Policy

We are happy to exchange any unused products purchased at Oasis Day Spa within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us with any specific questions for returns.


Oasis Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. Please keep any valuables that you’ve brought on your person for the duration of your visit. We cannot guarantee their safety.

Oasis Day Spa reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.

Age Policy

We appreciate that you feel comfortable with bringing your children to Oasis Day Spa. However, we ask that you do not bring children below the age of 14 to Laser Hair Removal appointments or appointments lasting longer than 15 minutes. We strive to uphold a tranquil atmosphere for our clients; this can be difficult when young children are left unattended in the waiting area. For safety reasons, children are prohibited from being in the treatment room with you for most services, and may not be left unattended in the day spa. Please call in advance if you have specific questions regarding this

Age requirements for services (Hair services are not age-restricted):

  • Laser: Clients must be 16 or older. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present for the entirety of the service.
  • Facials: Clients 16-17 years of age must have parental/guardian consent. Clients must be 18 or older to receive the Yonka Facial and peels. Clients under the age of 16 may receive the following facials (parent/guardian must be present in the room for the entirety of the service): Express Facial, Teen/Acne Facial, Deep Cleansing Facial, and Microdermabrasion.
  • Waxing: Clients 16-17 years of age must have parental/guardian consent. Clients under the age of 16 may receive facial waxing only (i.e., brows, upper lip, chin, & full face) with a parent/guardian present in the room for the entirety of the service.
