At Oasis Day Spa Aesthetics and Wellness, we specialize in advanced aesthetics, laser treatments, and integrative wellness therapies designed to help clients look and feel their best. Our space is home to a collective of independent professionals, each offering their own unique expertise in skincare, bodywork, and holistic health.

While we share a calm and welcoming environment, every practitioner operates their own business and manages their own schedule — allowing clients to choose from a variety of specialized services and styles of care. This collaborative approach creates a rich, supportive community where both clients and providers thrive.

At the heart of Oasis is our commitment to professionalism, respect, and care — ensuring every guest feels supported from the moment they walk through our doors.

Spa Etiquette to preserve a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, please:

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to relax before your appointment.
  • Silence phones and smartwatches during your visit.
  • Notify your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures before your session.
  • Respect shared spaces by keeping conversations quiet in hallways and waiting areas.

Scheduling & Client Portal

We now use Optimantra, a secure online booking system that makes scheduling simple and convenient.
Through your client portal, you can:

  • Book, cancel, or reschedule appointments
  • Complete required forms ahead of time
  • Send secure messages directly to your provider
  • View upcoming appointments and treatment history

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to set up your portal account once you book your first service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service.
  • For laser hair removal, the same 50% fee applies per area reserved.
  • Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled and the late cancellation fee applied.
  • For prepaid packages, missed or late-canceled sessions will be deducted from your balance.

This policy helps us honor our practitioners’ time and offer openings to clients on our waiting list.

Consultations

A consultation is required prior to beginning certain treatments, including:

  • IV Therapy & Nutrient Injectables
  • Ozone Therapy (MAH)
  • Laser Services
  • Advanced Aesthetic Procedures

This ensures every treatment is safe, appropriate, and customized to your individual goals. Consultations are scheduled with one of our licensed providers and may be conducted in-person or virtually when applicable.

Age Policy

We strive to create a safe, relaxing, and professional environment for everyone.

  • Laser Services: Clients must be 16 or older. Those under 18 require a parent or guardian present during the entire service.
  • Facials: Clients 16–17 years old require parental consent. Clients under 16 may receive Express, Teen/Acne, Deep Cleansing, or Microdermabrasion facials with a parent/guardian present.
  • Waxing: Clients 16–17 years old require parental consent. Clients under 16 may receive facial waxing only (brows, upper lip, chin, or full face) with a parent/guardian present.
  • For safety reasons, children may not accompany you into treatment rooms and may not be left unattended in the spa.

Your safety and results are our priority. Please read the Pre- and Post-Laser Care Instructions carefully before your session.

Return Policy

We are happy to exchange unused products purchased at Oasis Day Spa within 30 days of purchase.
Please contact us directly with any questions regarding product returns or exchanges.

Respecting Our Space

We kindly ask that you keep personal items with you at all times. Oasis Day Spa cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

We occasionally update service offerings and prices to maintain the highest standards of care. Changes will always reflect our commitment to quality, professionalism, and your overall experience.
