Cancellation Policy

Here at Oasis Day Spa we understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel/reschedule an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

This policy is in place out of respect for our staff and clients. A fee of $25 will be assessed if we do not receive a call or email to cancel/reschedule an appointment. If appointments have been purchased in a package, the missed or cancelled/rescheduled appointment will be deducted from the number of remaining appointments in that package.
